RENTAL CARS:             DRIVE ON THE LEFT                                               (It is natural if you are left handed)   Reserve your car ahead of time. Several rental agencies are located at the Airport. If you have not been to St. Croix before, you might consider taking a taxi. Make a quick stop at the grocery (10 min. or they charge for waiting). Then proceed to your selected lodging. Have your rental car delivered directly to you. You are now starting out from a familiar spot. Keep track of your route and you can get back quite easily. The road signs are few and far between in St. Croix . They have put up a few more now compared to our first visit. If you are familiar with the island go for it, right from the airport. On the day of your return flight; most rental vehicles can be dropped off at the airport.
