RELAX – LIFE’S A BEACH

Northshore Beaches: Some have smooth sandy bottoms ideal for swimming, and others have rock and coral-lined entries perfect for snorkeling! Many beaches on St. Croix are continuous with other beaches having a different name.

Southside Beaches : The south shore is dotted with so many little beaches that you just happen onto, that is highly unlikely that we have found them all.

East End Beaches : There are many beaches East of Christiansted on St. Croix . Some are a bit harder to get to but usually not as crowded.

West End Beaches : St. Croix offers a large number of beaches and water activities. Try a few for a fun and memorable vacation. All of the beaches in the US Virgin Islands are accessible to the public.

After getting down off of the ship we had a much better look. Was a fun and interesting place. We left with a interest for this island. Didn't know we had each left a piece of our heart in St. Croix.

Toured the Rum plant and fell in love with the rum too. We also did some shopping on the shore excursion trip. Then we flew through the rain forest and almost missed the ship. They had the gang plank pulled in when we arrived.

In 1999 a wonderful lady showed us many properties for sale on St. Croix. We then went to St. Thomas and also looked at what was available. St. Croix as a whole won, hands down! Now which one? Well that was easy! There was one ocean view that stood out above all others. It was to be ours! Caribeblue was born. It took Ken a lot of work to redo it and alot of planning before and after. Now we just enjoy and keep on learning about the Island itself. Our St Croix memories have been gathered over several years, however, we hope they have a long way to go.

St Croix memories just keep on growing. We started renting out the condo to vacationers in 2000 so they could share out bit of paradise and make their own St Croix Memories.

We have made many acquaintances over the years. Several we still keep in touch with through email. They have made their own St Croix memories and have shared them with us by emailing pictures and comments.
